BIC Annual Gift (2025-26)

Annual gifts from our members enable Beth Israel Center to provide a community where we connect, celebrate, and grow in our Jewish faith and identity.  Together we create a spiritual home that is characterized by belonging, joy, learning and purpose.

This year our Board of Directors passed a balanced budget that assumes a modest increase in annual giving from BIC members.  We know that finances look different for every member of our community and that meaningful gifts come in all sizes.

Letters were mailed to members in late July, each with information about your Beth Israel Center giving history. Please consider the amount in your letter, select "contribute the amount entered below" (under I/we will...) and enter the total amount of the annual gift you wish to make this year. You will indicate on the next page how many payments you intend to make.

If you prefer to calculate your gift based on your 2024-25 membership contribution, this form will help you do that.

If you don't have your letter or would like to discuss your gift, payment schedules, or any related questions, please contact Maggie Shapiro Haskett, Executive Director, at 608-256-7763 or executivedirector@bethisraelcenter.org.
You will indicate the number of payments you intend to make on the next page. Payment schedules may be modified if your circumstances change.

Tickets are required for everyone attending Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services.
Tickets are included with your membership.
Members may purchase guest tickets for $75 each.
Each ticket will be valid for all Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services.
Youth Programming will be offered for children in grades K-7 on both days of Rosh Hashanah and on Yom Kippur. We also offer a Preschool Family Services on both days of Rosh Hashanah and on Yom Kippur. There is no charge for these programs, however registration is required so that we can provide appropriate staffing.

Separately and outside of youth programming times, childcare will be offered for children ages 18 months to 12 years. Childcare will be subsidized by the Alfred A. and Lois Frank Congregational Life Fund, which was recently established.

To register for youth programming, preschool family services, and/or childcare, click here. We will be in touch with specific timing for High Holiday Youth Programming and childcare in early September so it is important to complete the registration form now so we know you are intersted. (TIP: You might want to open the youth programming/childcare form in another window so you can complete your annual giving form.)

Thank you for making this important contribution.
